⚠️ Coverage Lapsed / Terminated
If your coverage was terminated due to non-payment, call us immediately at (844) 788-3733. If you’re within the grace period (typically 30 days for subsidized ACA plans), we may be able to reinstate your coverage. If coverage is fully terminated, we help you enroll in a new plan — you may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.
